A friend gave me a cup of the Costa Rican. I wasn't too enthusiastic because I'm a dark roast gal, but it was the best cup of coffee I've ever had. Unlike most light roasts in my opinion, this coffee was filled with flavor and was so smooth. It's the only coffee I want to drink from now on. There is definitely something special about this coffee.

Such an important mission and a truly great cup of coffee that I look forward to every morning. My favorite is the Costa Rican... perfect breakfast compliment, but also a great stand-alone cup.

Coffee with a cause, what a great idea. I once owned a café and roasted coffee for our community patrons and restaurants. One day I roasted Peru coffee beans for our annual Christmas and holiday special. It became one of my favorite brewed coffees. So I thought I would try Fight Coffee's Peru and I was not disappointed. It's flavor profile has citrus with a sweet smooth finish. A nice coffee and a great cause. I like your Costa Rican coffee brewed with my Chemex pour over. I taste a note of honey with a subtle lemon twist on my tongue. Sometimes I find light roasted coffees to be acidic in a bad way but not this coffee. An enjoyable morning experience.
