Shipping policy

Orders will typically be processed anywhere between 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) once your order has been received. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped.
Please note that potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We do not offer flat rate shipping at this time. 

FREE shipping for orders over $40. 

 

Local delivery

The towns we presently deliver to are Cumberland, Gorham, Gray, Falmouth, North Yarmouth, Portland, Raymond, South Portland, Westbrook & Windham.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside of the U.S. 

As soon as we can, we will start shipping to Canada.  

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@fightcoffee.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you want your order sent to a P.O. Box, please make sure that the shipping carrier you choose when placing your order ships to P.O. Boxes.
